Mobile Development, UX/UI & Neural Systems
Hi! My name is Sebastian and I’m currently a first-year student at the University of Washington (Seattle), studying Computer Science and Neural Computation & Engineering. In the technical realm, I’m interested in native mobile & wearable development, interface design, and computational neuroscience. In my free time, I love travel & cycling, and you can usually find me listening to house or pop music.
Working within a multi-team startup to conduct user research, create design prototypes using Figma and hand off to software team. Leveraged time-management, collaboration, and human-centered design skills to contribute to a project that brings students together through shared meals.
Facilitated a luxury customer experience through consultation-based sales and product demonstrations in a fast-paced team environment. Attended to keyholder duties and educated clients about brand values and how to have an impact by participating in ethical and environmental campaigns.
Coordinated guest flow and match scheduling for large-scale local, regional and national level robotics events. Trained and supervised teams of volunteers who assisted in running events. Demonstrated organizational, communication, and leadership skills for an enjoyable and fun competition experience.
Responsible for the coordination of team travel, food, transport, communication, calendar management for robotics team having around 100 members. Led the planning of twice-yearly, large-scale, hosted competitions having over 2,000 attendees. Participated in and maintained documentation of leadership team meetings.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (minor in Neural Computation & Engineering)
